To be honest I feared he would never win the French because Nadal was so dominant on clay but Federer deserves this. I hope he wins one more slam to surpass all before him. He is the most amazing player to ever pick up a racket.

He already was one of the best of all time but now has stepped up a notch. Most people I know still rate Laver as higher though.
