Guys, please sort out a new skin for the forums!
this is kinda boring theme!!

EDIT: why just one? Just add 20/30 and ppl could choose which one they want through the UCP!

I already uploaded Sayang, so we have 2 styles (skins) right now. Why don't you go through the styles and pick another 13 (for a total of 15) that you like and post the links here and we'll upload them.

Remember, you're picking skins for everyone, so pick a couple of girly ones, some simple ones, etc (i.e. keep a nice mix). It's an important and tough job and you'll officially be our SJ - Style Junkie - I mean Jockey ;)

I didnt do any bc sometimes you can gets problems with Mods/Product if its not the basic skin and that means extra work for us, but it doesnt always give problems. I suggest not too many styles bc that also not good for the site speed and it gets a li'l busy/sloppy. 15 is too much.

But Bravo for the innitiative.

Good point Kasra jaan. If there are problems with the Skins, we're going to have to take them out.

First problem, no navbar with the nayang skin. It isnt a really big problem, but its a li'l annoying, but I guess its part of this skin.

I like Sayang better than the default, but it doesn't have enough contrast between the fonts and the background. Isn't there a skin with the same background but slightly lighter fonts, like yellow?

Are you guys seeing the Navigation bar (the one right at the top) with Sayang? If not, I'm going to "revert" that particular secition back to the original, but it's not tested yet, so I don't want to try it unless we have to ;)

Agree IZ jaan, it's a pretty funky skin, but the fonts and smileys are hard to see. I guess Ali's on the mission of finding a few good ones. :)

two points about it though, Someone with a bit of PS knowledge should edit the psd file and change the name to our forum.

Yeah, not seeing the navbar, did you try to edit the templates yourself? Anywa the admin cp is warning that 3 templates are outdated, all of wich part of Sayang, did you check the compatibility of the skin with 3.8.X/3.8.2 before uploading them ? Thats why I dont upload mods/products not checked for 3.8.X, they might work but its risky.

I downloaded a couple of Skins a while back, most of them were not 3.8.X verified or turkish :D, but I might have a couple of good ones. I just didnt want to add them, bc of a couple of reasons.

Those that I linked to are compatible with 3.7.x. I'm not exactly sure what has changed since then.

Anyway what I suggest is to hire a designer to make a unique template for the site, if 10/15 ppl donate $10 each we can get a nice one made.

Wow the Yellopink is ugly, I was Blind for a couple of seconds. And the buttons dont work either.

Ali jaan, I loaded up your Solido, but the City one has a bit of a theme, so we'll have to come up with a site name and them before we start doing theme ones.

I'm using the "disturbed" skin. I like it. Nice and elegant. The colour scheme could be better but it's still nice.

Ok added 3 more skins > Earth(Brownish),Chromo(dark skin),Clear Red(bit red,nice and simple.) everybody check all the skins out, I think we have to delete one or two, we need to decide wich ones

Kasra jan, I feel really stupid asking this but how do I change skins? I am really not very good at this forum business.

You have to go all the way down the page and then you'll see a box that said default style (if you havent changed before) and then just choose one.
