dude if you want to broadcast live football game like ISP, I can help you out with it, I used to do these kind of stuff for living. but its not going to be cheap, you would probably need two dedicated servers with large bandwidth (depending on number of viewers 200-1TB) and could cost upwards of $500 per month.
