Shit, that's pretty Fucked up man. Was it locked? Did you notify the police?

Make sure you notify all credit card companies to cya.

Dude, you're falling apart - keep it together man! Why are you going to the gym anyway? That place is for laato-loots! You're a married man! Why do you have credit cards? ;)

I'm kidding bro. Really sorry to hear about all this. Make sure you change the locks right away - safety is the most important thing. Credit cards can easily be replaced and so can everything else. So don't panic and just be more careful next time and NEVER leave anything inattended in ANY public place. Times are tough everywhere right now and the number of low-lives ready to take advantage is definitely on the rise.

Change the lock, if that's the first thinkg you have to do right now - even if you have to leave work to do it.

Now Im even more pissed.

a guy called me on my cell phone today. said he had found my stuff in the subway & he wanted to know where I live so he could come & deliver my id cards...

Since I wasnt born yesterday, I told him that we could meet in town & that I was at work. He insisted on delivering it to my house & kept asking for my address. finally he said ok, he'll deliver it to me at work. but he never showed up. I called that number many times, no answer.

Contacted the cops, turns out that cell is stolen!

So all that motherf*** was trying to do is to find out where to use the keys so he could rub my house!

But toofi jan, doesn't he already have your address from the ID cards?
You should definitely change the keys to the house as Behrou mentioned before.

Man, those MF cops should do something about this. This is serious.
Poor those people renting your apartment. He could pay a visit to them. :(

That is a good thing. I guess the renters might get a uninvited guest soon. The police should monitor that place if they really want to help. Although he might have already tried that place and that is why he called you to get the real address. Hopefully the cops catch the bastard soon.

Man, this is a bad situation turning even worse. So, they don't have the keys to your last apartment, right? Did you notify your tenants already?

Please, please Toofi joon, do this for me and change your lock (at the new place) anyway. You're a family now and you have to put the safety of your wife (and kids in the future, maybe? ;)) ahead of everything else. You gave the guy your work address. He has your picture and knows what you look like. All he had to do was come to your work and follow you home - now he knows where you live!

If these guys had any ethics and moral values, they wouldn't steal your wallet in the 1st place. They have a stolen phone (not yours) which means they are professionals. Do not underestimate them. If they make a mistake and walk into the house when you're there, things could escalate. Do not dismiss the fact that they may be armed. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR LOCKS and if your wifey is at home right now, ask her to go to her parents until the locks are changed.

I'm sorry to hear that my good man. My car was stolen from in front of my house just yesterday, so i know how much it sucks.

I hope they catch the guy cause in my opinion stealing is a very morally deplorable act.

Thanks guys. Luckily, my insurance does cover theft, and other then the fact that i will be without a car for a while (and the fact that i had some textbooks and soccer equipment in the car), it's not so bad. I was looking to sell the car anyways and it looks like i have found a customer in the form of my insurance company. :D

Toofans case is much worst as usually a mans whole life is in his wallet.

So the Lowlife has already checked the previous address for what even ill intention he has.
Any way sorry yo hear about your trouble HZ Toofi.
One more concern, does the super intendant of previous apartments know about your new address?
Is so you need to have a word with him/her to make sure your new address will not be reviled in exchange for couple of bucks.
Just be careful man. I always wonder to see so many Nigerians and Somalians in Europe.
