Well, apparently Mr. Rezazadeh (ya abalfazl) has been the manager of Iran's weightlifting team. Our best hope for a medal was Saeed Ali Hosseini who had broken the youth world records last year. But apparently he didn't even lift weight in the world championship this year. There are rumors that Rezazadeh didn't want his records to be broken. Here is an interview with Shahin Nassiri Nia:

Isn't Mr. AbAAAAlfazl a bit too young to manage things? He's only a couple of years older than me and I cannot believe they're allowing him to manage a team.
