حجم دولت در حال بزرگ شدن است/ ولایت‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌فقیه عامل ایجاد دمکراسی و دین‌گرایی در کشور است

اهم مطالب مطرح شده توسط وی طبق گزارش خبرگزاری فارس به این شرح است:

• حوادث کشور جنبه بحران ندارد اما حساس است و اگر دقت شود می‌تواند به توانمندتر شدن حوزه سیاسی کشور و مردم بینجامد.
• من هیچ تغییر مهمی در رفتار آمریکا نمی‌بینم و اگر کسانی خوش‌خیالی نسبت به این موضوع دارند در فریبکاری آنها گیر افتاده‌‌اند.
•بعدازانتخابات تصور امریکا این است که مجالی برای تأثیرگذاری و رخنه کردن یافته‌اند به همین دلیل جدای از بحث هسته‌ای که تئوری فرسوده چماق و هویج را دنبال می‌کنند فکر می‌کنند مجال برایشان فراهم شده است.
• این که یک آدم سلفی به یکباره به آیت‌الله سیستانی توهین می‌کند خیلی مهم است هرچند سعودی‌ها اظهار تأسف کرده‌اند ولی شرایط به این سادگی نیست.
• دشمنان می خواهند با پخش اخبار راست و دروغ علیه رهبران ایران از طریق رسانه‌های فارسی‌زبان،‌ آموزش تک‌تیراندازی، تلفن‌های ماهواره‌ای‌ و دستگاههای جی پی اس که در اختیار برخی افراد می‌گذارند، موجبات گیج شدن نهادهای رسانه‌ای و اطلاعاتی را فراهم کرده ارکان نظام را رو در روی هم قرار دهند.
•در این که عملیات روانی از اول انقلاب علیه مردم ایران بوده شکی نیست اما الان یک شکل و رفتار ویژه به خود گرفته است.
•در مواردی موضع‌گیری‌هایی که صورت گرفت در شأن انقلاب ما نبود و موجب ضربه زدن به هویت اسلامی و جایگاه ایران شد و آنچه الان با آن در صحنه مواجه هستیم تحرک ضدانقلاب و ضد دین است همانطور که در تشییع جنازه آیت‌الله منتظری‌، روز قدس و در روز عاشورا که از جنس شعارهایشان معلوم بود دنبال چه هستند و بعضاً به ولایت فقیه نیز توهین می‌شد.
• شما به انتخابات اعتراض دارید به ولایت فقیه چه اعتراضی دارید اینکه محور قضیه به این سمت رفت امری غیر طبیعی است چون ولایت فقیه عامل ایجاد دموکراسی و دین‌گرایی در کشور و ستون نظام است.
• برداشت من در شرایط فعلی این است که حرکت‌هایی که در این شرایط انجام می‌شود به مشاجرات سیاسی داخلی کاری ندارد بلکه به دنبال سوءاستفاده هستند و با اصل مسائل انقلابی و دینی مخالفند.
• جریان دیگری نیز هست که پس از انتخابات شکایت‌ها و اعتراضاتی به انتخابات داشتند سوابق این افراد نشان می دهد که در انقلاب کار کرده‌‌اند همانطور که رهبری فرمودند این افراد موضع خود را مشخص کنند چون مخلوط عمل می‌شود، این مخلوط عمل شدن باعث ضربه خوردن به کشور و جایگاه سیاسی این افراد می‌شود و باید توجه داشت ضد انقلاب از این رفتارها استفاده نکند.
• گروهی تحت دفاع از ولایت رهبری کارهایی می‌کنند که بنده مطمئنم رهبری با کارهای آنها موافق نیست. کجای اسلام گفته است که به دیگران فحاشی کنید و باعث اختلاف‌افکنی شوید هرچه روایت و حدیث داریم حکایت از این دارد که این‌گونه رفتارها باعث فتنه می‌شود و به جامعه صدمه می‌زند.
• بعضی ممکن است در حمایت از رهبری صدای بلند داشته باشند اما ضربه بزنند زیرا هرکس باید در حوزه فعالیت و جایگاه خود سخن بگویید.
• از رفتارهای گذشته مشاهده می‌شود که حجم دولت در حال افزایش است و بنابراین همه بودجه هزینه جاری می‌شود و به حوزه عمرانی نمی‌رسیم در برنامه چهارم قرار بود کل هزینه‌های جاری از درآمدهای غیرنفتی باشد اما به آن نیز نرسیدیم.
•در مجموع نسبت بین درآمدهای غیر نفتی و مقایسه آن با بودجه جاری حدود 40 درصد است یا چون هر سال هزینه‌های جاری افزایش می‌یابد.
•رهبری بر سیاست‌های اصل 44 تأکید دارند چون چاره‌ای جز این نیست باید توازنی به وجود آورد و الا هر کاری کنیم صندوق توسعه ملی که توسط مجمع تصویب شده جایگاه واقعی پیدا نمی‌کند باید به کوچک کردن دولت و زمینه‌سازی برای سرمایه‌گذاری و اجرای سیاست‌های اصل 44 کمک کرد و این برنامه‌ها باید در برنامه پنجم مورد تأکید قرار گیرد

Seriously Rasoul jaan. These guys are so dillusional and out of touch with reality, sometimes I wonder if it wasn't for Khatami's 8 years and the injection of talent and brains in all aspects of the Iranian society, could this system last this long. They are at the brink of complete Economic collapse with enemies everywhere and I mean everywhere and imaginary supporters cheering them on. When things fall, I'm afraid it's not going to be a soft one, but a Humpty Dumpty one.

After the Iranian police department's cyber unit announced it was a crime to access the internet through the use of proxy software, the Fararu news Web site conducted a survey of Majlis members.

Lawmakers contacted by a reporter gave a range of puzzling answers to the question: "Do you use proxy software?" Not all MPs were available. Many had returned home to their constituencies, while others declined to answer because they were in the middle of lunch. Halfway through the survey, one lawmaker suddenly claimed he was the brother of one of the lawmakers, and not a Majlis representative himself.

Qodratollah Alikhani, a representative in Majlis from Qazvin, said he did not surf the net and therefor did not need to use proxy software. "I do not recall Majlis having passed a bill to classify the use of proxy software as a crime," he added.

Mostafa Kavakebian, a Semnan representative in Majlis, said, "I don't even have time to read newspapers; but I don't use proxy software."

When asked if he visits the Parleman News website, which belongs to the Reformist faction of Parliament, Kavakebian said, "The guys print out [some] stories and I read [what they hand to me]."

Tehran representative in Majlis, Hossein Nejabat said he did not use proxy software, and followed the news on state television and by reading left and right wing newspapers.

Regarding the law banning the use of proxy software, Nejabat said, "There exists a general law that limitations can be imposed on anything against [national] security; but there is no specific law [about the use proxy software]."

Esmail Kowsari, a Tehran representative in Majlis, said, "You might not believe me, but I don't use computers." Regarding the law banning the use of proxy software, Kowsari said, "I can't say right now; I'll have to ask around to be able to answer you."

Javad Aryanmanesh, an MP from South Khorasan, said, "A law was passed by Majlis regarding computer-related crimes, which entails the majority of cyber-related crimes; but I don't know if it includes using proxy software is a crime."

Aryanmanesh added that with the cooperation of the Ministry of Islamic Guidance and Culture, legislation regarding media laws was being drafted. "We intend to pass laws for all modern media such as Bluetooth, SMS, MMS, Web sites, blogs and print and non- print media that lack proper regulations," he said.

"I don't use proxy software, but I am aware that those who are involved in scientific and research work or are professors need to use such software to access scientific Web sites," he added.

After the Fararu reporter introduced himself to Mohammad Mehdi Mofateh, a representative from Razan, and asked him whether he used proxy software, the lawmaker responded, "Why? What's it to you?"

When the reporter explained that the cyber police had made the use of proxy software a crime and therefore Fararu was asking lawmakers their opinion on it, Mofateh asked, "Who are you [again]?"

After the reporter introduced himself again as a Fararu correspondent, Mofateh said, "We need to talk in person."

Lawmaker Bijan Nobave Vatan was contacted through his listed telephone number. The transcript of the conversation is as follows:

- Hello, Mr. Nobaveh. May I ask two questions?
- I'm on my way out.
- This is a survey of all lawmakers. We would like to have your answer. My question is: do you use proxy software?
- Use what?
- Proxy software.
- I don't even know what it is.
- Proxy software is something that is used to access filtered websites.
- No! We don't use the internet.
- I see; Mr. Nobaveh given that the constitution states that the law must determine crimes and their punishment, is there a law in Majlis classifying the use of proxy software a crime?
- Do you have information about it? I don't know anything about this.
- Aren't you a lawmaker, Mr. Nobaveh?
- No! it's my brother who is a lawmaker.
- I see. So I have the wrong number?
- Yes, yes.
- I apologize.
- It's all right.

According to the Fararu reporter, the Nobaveh brothers sounded remarkably similar.:D
