Yeah but you should be carefull OldMan Agha, we are all going through though times, those in the country have it much worse even, yet its eating at us physicly and mentally, but we also need to take care of ourselves, it aint healthy if you let tensions build up too much, you need to try and take a brake from time to time or something you know helps you relax if you feel the tension is rising too much, nobody is saying you should laugh all the time. I took a small break from the Iran news too cause it was getting to me too much, was a bit better for a while, but I feel it getting back again and I personally dont react too well physicly to stress despite my young age.

I know its hard and it feels like its the wrong thing to do but you cant help anyone if you let it get to your health. You probably know this yourself and I am not acting like you dont or trying to sound wise or anything, just saying as a fellow iranian. Just dont let it get too you too much eventhough that is a hard thing to do.
