قطبی = کلاس

Pesar ajab adame ba kelassieh in Ghotbi. Damesh garm.
Compare to MK's 90 show, Jesss, he didn't give AF any room for stupid questions, while MK just went along with AF's regular teasing Q's.
IMO Ghotbi is the best thing that could happen for Irans football. Here are some reasons.

The big list!
In order to get the best selected team, its important to have a wide troop. Then you have time to analyse each selected player, then as he said, the list gets shorter and shorter, up to the coming match.

The staff!
AF asked if Ghotbis foreigner staff had enough knowleg on iranian IPL players.
I think its not nessesury. A professional football staff usually needs only its troop and some training time to know the players skills and form, and to make a good squad out of the choicen troop, regurdless former knowleg of every single player.
the main responsibility of collecting the list, is in hand of the head coach, and in our case, Ghotbi, wich makes me feel confident about the whole coaching team.

The Name dropping!
Dutch league, Guss hiddink, sweden youth, californian football school, manchster city, UEFA license, knowing both korean teams in and out, was just a few things Ghotbi mentioned that non of Iranians coaches has ever had on ther CV before.

The mental concentration camp!
By having the team away from Iran, its media, and there never ending seek for making drama headlines, he will asure that players get there mental rest and there readiness for the northkorean battle.

The east-xpress conection!
By knowing and being well conected in far-east, he is able to arrange 2 matches with china and a chineese club, within the traing camp, with 2 advantage. 1. Team and staff get to know eachother. 2. the opponents have the same football style as the northkoreans.

The big diplomat!
AF was hungry to get some drama at the interview, but Ghotbi responed in a diplomatic matter, that "please help us with your media to create a positiv atmospher around the TM, instead of try to spot the negative, Im sure you are also intrested in getting more viewers for the 90 program, if we make it to the WC next year".
Told in other way: "If you want WC2010 included in your program, then shut the fuck up and just support!"

Thats why Ghotbi = Class

Cool videos!!!

Thanks Mohammadreza jan!

Wasn't Ashjari in the list? If not, that's a big mistake. We don't have anyone better than him in that position.
