LOVE YOUR OPTIMISM ALI JAAN. :)
That's the only sure thing we got going for us IMHO.

Thanks Behrou jan :)

To be honest, if we manage to get through the North Korea game, the rest will be pretty easy. Let's hope we can!

If we can't beat a country with less money, less facilities, no professional league, no football history for at least 30 years and more sanctioned than ourselves, I think we're better off joing OCEANIA ! ;)

Our big match comes against N.Korea. And despite their good form at home, we really should beat them. Then it's UAE which should be a forgone conclusion, and if it isn't we don't deserve to go up. By the end S.Korea, who may have already qualified and hence send a weakened squad.

That's exactly my point as well! ;)

Kazem jan, I also agree but I'm not sure about South Korea sending their weak squad. They might wanna help their brothers (NK) to qualify!

In any case, we only need to win our first 2 games. we can also draw South Korea in the end and still end up in the third spot.

What we need to think about is that even if we end up in the third spot, it wont be easy as we'll probably be facing Bahrain from the other group. What a fun rehearsal THAT would make! ;) :)
