My brother too and he is actually leaving for this treatment in a week. It looks very promissing.

I'm sorry to hear that my good man. The doctors are really clueless when it comes to MS. My brother had his second attack almost two years ago and he was in the hospital for 3 months, originally paralyzed and unable even speak. He was already on the injections at the time. It's really important to avoid that 2nd attack. I personally think it's caused by stress and that's the first lifestyle change people with MS need to make.
