The 50th day of the new year has a special meaning for the people of Qazvin. This day is called Panjahbedar, and is celebrated as part of an old tradition. The people start the day by visiting the town's main mosque and praying for rain and greenness. They then head to the nature and spend the day outdoors.

I had never heard of Panjahbedr before. I like the “subtle” religious connection backed by pictures of brick wall? :piss:

apparently it's PanjAAh bedar (50 bedar).
