در باره الناز که توسط مزدوران رژیم مورد تجاوز قرار گرفت

<center>http://www.iranpressnews.com/source/images/01/elena.jpg</center> یکی از خوانندگان با ارسال عکس بالا: الناز فرزند یکی از خانواده های خوشنام تبریز و فارغ التحصیل دانشگاه در رشته روابط عمومی بود که توسط قاتلان بسیجی مورد تجاوز قرار گرفت و به قتل رسید. در تشیع جنازه الناز بیش از ۳۰۰۰ نفر شرکت داشتند و این خبر در تمام تبریز پیچیده شده اسټ. خود خانواده و تلفنها تحټ کنترل شدید هستند.

باز هم طشت چرک آلود ولايت از بام افتاد و کوس بد آهنگ رسوايی حکومت بر بامها نواخته شد.الناز بابارده تا به امروز آخرين قربانی است که به دست ولايت مداران بعد از تجاوز جنسی به قتل رسيد. روزی نيست که از گوشه و کنار سرزمين بلا خيز ايران خبری ناخوشايند مخابره نگردد، که تنها و تنها يکی از همين خبرها برای سلب مشروعيت از حکومت اسلامی کافی نباشد. حکم سنگسار، اعدام جوانان،تجاوز جنسی و.... که همه اينها در حکومتی انجام ميگيرد که داعيه نمايندگی امام زمان را دارد. به تعبير احمد کسروی که ميگفت: دست جنايتکار را نبايد قطع کرد،بايد ريشه را خشکاند. ترديدی نيست که ريشه نهال اين همه جنايت و تجاوز را غير از درون بيت رهبری،در هيچ کجای ديگر نبايد جست. ديگر همه به نيکی ميدانند که تجاوز جنسی به عنوان يک اصل، در قاموس جمهوری اسلامی نهادينه شده. برای ندا آقاسلطان و ترانه موسوی مستندها و مصاحبه های دروغين ساختند-پرونده های شکايت تجاوزات را دروغ انگاشتند-مصاحبه های تصويری قربانيان تجاوز(مريم صبری و ابراهيم شريفی) را جوسازی رسانه های بيگانه خواندند- جنايت کهريزک را افسانه فرض کردند- ضرب و شتم فرزند کروبی و تهديد وی به تجاوز را در مسجد توهم ناميدند- نامه همسر کروبی در ارتباط با شکنجه و تجاوز در زندان را به هيچ انگاشتند- اما ميخواهم بدانم،با رسوايی تجاوز و قتل الناز بابارده چه ميکنند؟ آيا باز هم بايد منتظر مستند يا مصاحبه اي دروغين بود؟ رژيمی که در ديد تمام ملت ايران و جهان کشف عورت شده،ديگر چيزی برای از دست دادن ندارد به همين خاطراست که سنگ ها را بسته و سگ ها را رها کرده است. و اگر زمانی به مثابه گربه اي روی جنايت خود خاک ميريخت، امروز در تمامی خيابانهای شهر فضله ميکند بی آنکه روی آنرا بپوشاند. از حکومتی که والی ان خامنه اي،وسربازان گمنام امامش، گمنامين بدنام و متجاوزين به نواميس مردم، ازاين بيش انتظاری نيست.باشد که آيندگان بخوانند و بدانند که استبداد دينی منحوس ترين استبدادهاست، که در آن هر جنايتی رنگ آسمانی به خود ميگيرد که هيچ اعتراضی به آن وارد نيست. حکومت فاشيستی اسلامی ايران در اين سی سال به همه جهانيان ثابت کرد که مستبد ترين استبداد هاست، که روی تمامی استبدادها را سفيد کرده است. چه کسی ميگويد که گرانی اينجاست؟ دوره ارزانيست- چه شرافت ارزان- تن عريان ارزان- و دروغ از همه چيز ارزانتر- و چه تخفيف عظيمی خوردست قيمت يک انسان!!

خشم و انزجار مردم از جنایت تازه وحوش بسیجی
خبرگزاری هرانا - سه عضو نهاد شبه نظامی بسیج با سوء استفاده از مدارک شناسایی خود، دختر جوانی را در شهر تبریز ربوده و پس از ضرب و شتم و تعرض و تجاوز به وسیله سلاح گرم او را به قتل رسانده و جسد وی را در بیرون شهر رها کرده اند. این موضوع باعث حساسیت افکار عمومی و تالم شدید مردم منطقه شده است.
بنا به اطلاع گزارشگران هرانا، پس ازمفقود شدن دختر جوانی در شهر تبریز با نام الناز - ب. 26 ساله، خانواده او مراتب مفقود شدن وی را به تمامی نهادهای مربوطه اطلاع دادند و پس از یک هفته تجسس جسد وی در پزشکی قانونی در حالی که پزشکی قانونی پس از آزمایشات از تعرض، ضرب و شتم، تجاوز و قتل به وسیله شلیک سلاح گرم را تایید می کرد به خانواده تحویل داده شد. نیروهای انتظامی محل کشف جسد را اطراف گورستان امامیه تبریز اعلام نمودند.
با اعلام شکایت خانواده نیروهای انتظامی سه شهروند تبریزی عضو فعال بسیج را بازداشت نمودند که متهم ردیف اول در اداره آگاهی به تمام موارد فوق اعتراف نمود. وی اذعان نمود که با عنوان امر به معروف و تذکر بابت بدحجابی که در قالب طرح "حجاب و عفاف" از سوی بسیج و نیروی انتظامی تعریف می شود وارد خودروی این دختر جوان در منطقه ولیعصر تبریز می شود و سپس با تهدید وی با سلاح گرم و سوار نمودن دو تن دیگر از دوستان خود وی را به خارج شهر کشانده و مورد سوء استفاده قرار می دهند. و پس از این اقدام با شلیک سه گلوله به ناحیه سینه نامبرده را از پای در می آورند.
در حال حاضر گفته می شود متهم اصلی این پرونده به دلیل حساسیت موضوع، در اختیار سپاه پاسداران است.
عضویت وی در نیروی شبه نظامی بسیج، حمل سلاح گرم، حضور نیروهای رده بالای سپاه در خانواده وی و همینطور استفاده از کارت شناسایی و عنوان طرح مبارزه با بدحجابی به حساسیت های این موضوع در افکار عمومی افزوده است.

I will say this right here, right now. I would rather have American forces occupy Iran for 5 years than have this gang of rapists and torturers rule for the next 5 decades. By the time these baboons are gone there will be nothing left of that godforsaken country.

Forget all the gonde goozi about national pride. Forget all the shit that we're scared of happening in the event of a foreign invasion. They're already going on right under our nose as we speak. Iraqis have more rights under American occupation than Iranians do under an "Iranian" government.

When our women are raped in broad daylight and the most we can manage is a news article, we can take our "national pride" and buy a pack of gum with it.

I hope her case will get mroe attention cuz this is really sad ..

I understand you but can never agree with you.

Oldman jaan, I don't agree with a foreign invasion of Iran under any circumstances, but not all foreign military interventions have to include an invasion. In fact the most effective campagins in the past two decades included no significant ground invasion, or none at all. Campaings against Serbia (99) and and Iraq (90) are perfect examples of this.

Although there was short term hardship for the Serbs, lasting around 2-1/2 months, they rid themselves of Milosevic's authoritarian regime, established a real democracy, ended their international isolation and emerged as an upper-middle income society in a matter of a few short years. They have free trade agreements with the EU as an associate member and as far as I know are the only country with a free trade agreement with Russia. Foreign investments have soared in the country and with expected growth in the near-two digit levels in the coming years, the furture seems bright.

As such, it's not all doom and gloom when it comes to foreign military intervention. As far as I'm concerned strategic weakening of authoritrian regimes and allowing opposition forces in the country to rise to the occasion, be it in Iran or elsewhere, is the 21st centurt replacement of ground invasions. As the way of the future, I'm not sure how we can prevent it, even if we do not support it. It's simply a reality whether we like to accept it or not and IMHO the focus should be on the contingencies and power sharing arrangements pending such an attack, rather than a futile opposition to it.

The reason Iraq became such a disaster was mainly due to a gross error on the part of Americans to simply disband the Iraqi army which created a legion of the unemployed and disgruntled, who had military training to boot. That became the lifeline of the insurgency.

The same mistake won't be made in Iran and as for the Basij, the cockroaches are well-known in each neighborhood and once people no longer fear repercussions, street justice will be served to each and every one of them.

I view Iran as an already occupied country. A mafia comprised of the lowest elements of our own society with the aid of Lebanese and Palestinian mercenaries is sucking the country dry and maintaining power through domestic terrorism, using barbaric methods rarely seen even in the worst dictatorships around the world. lt's foolish to think that a government actively engaged in RAPING its own citizens would be somehow favorable to a temporary foreign one.

What happened to Elnaz happened to an Iraqi girl a couple years back. The American soldier responsible was swiftly convicted and is now rotting away in jail. What happened in Abu Gharaib was a picnic compared to Evin and Kahrizak, yet the responsible parties were discharged, tried and convicted. Can we honestly expect any of the animals responsible for the rapes and tortures in Iran to even be identified, let alone arrested and punished?...Put naive emotions aside and honestly ask yourselves: Which nation is truly occupied, Iran or Iraq?

Mark my words, within 5 years Iranians will look to Iraq with jealousy and hasrat.
