Of course Ramin jaan. We have some great people here already and I think between all of us, we should be able to deal with any situation. If not, then that's something we all have to work on as a team IMHO and it's much better to go through these lessons now (with less members) than later on, when our rules, procedures, etc. have solidified.

Hamid and Behrooz are trying to get the forum mediation procedures going and I think their attitude is bring them on - actually, that's just a guess, but I'm sure they're up for a challenge or two. God knows, the technical team has had its share of challenges! :laser:
