View Full Version : Iran vs, Qatar ( 2014 WCQ) Oldman 09-09-2011, 05:09 AM Ba dorood: You can watch the match summary HERE (http://www.footballitarin.com/video_page.php?id=361) brando 03-02-2012, 05:36 PM Here is highlight of the match http://youtu.be/FN_DUqgslzc some say Iran let Qatars 2nd goal in just to eliminate Bahrain. For some, revange of Bahrain/Arabestan 2002 WC conspirecy, must be sweet, but unfortunetly we lost some great FIFA points by this draw! brando 03-02-2012, 05:41 PM Ashkan Dejagah made Joke out of Qatar on his Debute at TM :wavetowel2: Watch all Ashkans actions vs Qatar here: http://youtu.be/uSiU6KM9s0w That called German precision. Der Versprung durch Teknik! :) Shiiiiiiireeeee! PJ 03-03-2012, 06:10 AM Nice goals by Degagah. Damesh garm, he played well on both ends of the pitch. raminIC 03-03-2012, 06:48 AM I don't think we let them back in the game. We just have a bad defense and are horrible on set pieces. PJ 03-04-2012, 04:48 PM I don't think we let them back in the game. We just have a bad defense and are horrible on set pieces. Maybe not, but that was one goal I didn't mind. Even with the FIFA points we lost. Behrooz_C 03-04-2012, 09:39 PM I don't know what's up with me, but I just can't give a damn about the IR national team anymore. Is it just me? PJ 03-05-2012, 04:52 PM I don't know what's up with me, but I just can't give a damn about the IR national team anymore. Is it just me? I know what you mean. But I think if they win a few matches against better teams, you and I will give a damn. Kaesra 03-05-2012, 05:39 PM It's the same with me Behrooz, don't really feel the need to watch all their matches and haven't for a while, but I think it will improve later on with more important matches. It's a decent coach compared to those we had prior to him and if he can improve the defense then with the inclusion of Dejagah it should be a decent team, at least good enough to qualify, I mean if they would play somewhat better football it would be easier to be interested. Behrooz_C 03-05-2012, 07:44 PM My detachment has a sociopolitical reason rather than a purely footballing one. I hate the regime so much that I find it hard to distinguish between the two, though I know I should. I am thinking any victory for the team is a victory for the those bastards running the country into the ground and a few football victories not only doesn't help but exacerbates the problems. Bi-Honar 03-07-2012, 08:45 PM Yeah, I think we all feel about the same way Behrooz jaan. But this is our only national team and all the boys are Iranians, not Islamists. So fcuk the Eshalic Republic and whatever they stand for - we just gotta rise above that, as hard as it may be. Plus, by the time the WC rolls around, the Eshalic Republic will be done and over with. :) BTW, Rahmati sucks!!! raminIC 03-09-2012, 02:04 PM Rahmati's just going through a slump. He'll be back to his best in this next round, and he'll have to too. With out central defenders, S.Korea will have at least 5-6 shots on goal against us. And Behrooz, i'm kind of in the same boat. I watch highlights more often than I watch games. A few years ago, even if i missed a pointless friendly, i would try and find the full game download so that I could watch it. But like everyone already mentioned, after TM wins a few important games, that might change. Kaesra 03-10-2012, 05:22 PM Well Behrooz I get what you mean and it certainly is one of the factors to watch less but to be fair it's not like IR only settled in just after 2009, its been the same shit for 30 years so the sudden change shouldn't be affected that drastically by just that, everybody is just getting more and more fed up. The green armbands also showed that TM doesn't necessarily represent IR, they want it to but they don't own our identity. It's like they try to claim every Iranian accomplishment but they can't if we refuse to see it that way. Having said that I realize that I don't really need to tell you that, knowing is different than feeling and it does have its effects even though one may acknowledge the difference. Again you will probably be pushed into it again if they play better and more important games come up. |
