... For suggesting that we have a forum dedicated to professional networking. This is obviously even more important and useful in lieu of the tough economic times.
Hope everyone will make the most of this and to the day where a few multi-million dollar contracts go through these channels! :wavetowel2:

Thanks Behrou.
Not sure about those multi million $$$$ contracts just yet :tumb: but I though we should start a little professional networking here. Obviously no one should post their resume (or personal information) but I believe if someone is looking for a job, working on some cool non-proprietary projects or even school projects, that they would like to bounce off some ideas from other members, they can briefly describe their skill sets and what they are looking for. :jumping3:
We can in return at least put them in touch with potential employers/ friends/ contacts. I don’t think that we’ll be competing with likes of Monster dot com, but at a minimum we can share ideas, experiences or even provide the potential candidate directly with a contact name that we might personally know. :drinking22:

True dat Hamid jaan. The more people you know at the right places, the better chances of finding something in these tough times.

Itd be nice if we could have all tech related issues here.. not only networking, but video editing, windows problems, etc... :)
just a thought.

Toofan jaan, I think Hamid had a different type of networking in mind ;), but a Technology forum is actually a great idea, since it doesn't fall into any of the existing categories.
Is it okay if I go ahead and add that everyone?

Sounds like another good idea, it can actually help our technical team as well. :laser:

LOL @ the love forum. You're hillarious bro. He meant business networking on this particular one, but I actually like the idea of networking for love - best way to meet people. :)
I'm going to add the Technology forum shortly and move Toofan's thread there. This time we actually start a forum with a thread in it already. Yay. :)
